PRE Developments chalets are concentrated at Telal Sokhna, Jebal El Sokhna and Telal North Coast. Shores, Aqua Zone, Sea Walk and Telal Soul carry different sizes, plans and handovers, so every offer should name its phase.
Telal Sokhna is a large resort near Galala, Jebal uses the terrain at kilometre 50, and Telal North Coast sits at kilometre 143 in Sidi Abdel Rahman. View, finishing and shore access come before a direct numerical comparison.
Telal Sokhna is a 600-acre resort with a six-kilometre shoreline, containing releases such as Shores and Covaya beside established areas. Current developer chalets begin from 105 sqm and EGP 10,568,400, with 5% down and up to ten years for eligible homes. Distance to the shore and pool, and the selected phase’s position, matter more than area alone.
Jebal El Sokhna covers 71 acres and uses terrain rising to 125 metres, with a 300-metre beach and more than 25 pools. Aqua, Sea Walk and Crimson each occupy a distinct part of the resort. Developer chalets begin from 89 sqm, while resale adds smaller homes and starts at EGP 3,721,370. The two sale types need separate contractual terms.
Telal North Coast sits at kilometre 143 in Sidi Abdel Rahman, covering 334 acres with a 1.5-kilometre beach. The resort includes 15 pools, sports, retail, dining and a clubhouse, while Telal Soul occupies 134 acres within the wider plan. Developer chalets begin from 111 sqm and other layouts extend to 179 sqm according to model and phase.
Developer prices start at EGP 18,408,000, with 5% down and up to ten years on eligible homes. Resale starts from EGP 9,000,000 under different contracts. New handovers run from 2028 to 2030. The offer should identify phase, building, floor, view, finishing, shore access, maintenance and the complete delivery date before reservation.
The quotation should describe the view precisely—direct sea, lagoon, pool or landscape—and locate the building and floor on the plan. Shore access is then checked on foot or through the resort transport service, together with parking, terrace and ground-floor privacy. These points explain price differences between similarly sized chalets inside one resort. Maintenance, seasonal operation, finishing and the complete handover date also belong in the comparison before reservation.
Three resorts carry chalets: two in Ain Sokhna and one in Sidi Abdel Rahman on the North Coast.
Sokhna supports more frequent Cairo trips, while Sidi Abdel Rahman is a North Coast summer setting.
Ain Sokhna supports shorter Cairo breaks, while Telal North Coast in Sidi Abdel Rahman belongs to a different seasonal route and travel pattern.
In a resort, outlook, elevation and the route to the shore can outweigh a modest size difference, so assess them against the exact unit.
