About Jebal El Sokhna

Jebal El Sokhna is a 71-acre resort at kilometre 50 of the Ain Sokhna–Zafarana Road. Developer releases focus on chalets in Aqua Zone and Sea Walk, while Crimson Heights has its own plan and draws on the site's mountain-to-sea character.

Jebal El Sokhna — Ain Sokhna

Jebal El Sokhna location and access

Jebal El Sokhna is reached directly from the Sokhna–Zafarana Road, with kilometre 50 providing a clear external marker. Inside the resort, elevation and the route to the shore shape both the view and everyday movement.

Jebal El Sokhna design and master plan

The plan works with the sloping site, assigning Aqua Zone, Sea Walk and Crimson Heights different positions along the mountain-to-sea sequence. Pools, the clubhouse, retail and children's areas serve residents across those levels.

Jebal El Sokhna phases

Aqua Zone is a chalet release connected to the internal water setting, while Sea Walk places chalets along a more shore-oriented route. Crimson Heights occupies an elevated phase plan, with reservation terms confirmed directly.

Aqua Zone

Aqua Zone is a Jebal chalet phase connected to the internal water setting for buyers who want recreation close to home.

The Aqua Zone plan locates its chalets within Jebal's slope and shows their relationship to pools and the shore route.

An Aqua Zone chalet begins at 104 sqm and reaches 122 sqm at the upper end.

Price: 7,982,000 EGP

Aqua Zone starts with 5% down and a choice of 8- or 10-year instalments.

Aqua Zone chalet handover is scheduled between June and August 2028.

Sea Walk

Sea Walk is a Jebal chalet phase organized around the route toward the sea and suits buyers looking for nearer handover.

Sea Walk occupies a different Jebal sector from Aqua Zone, so view and elevation should be checked against the unit number.

Sea Walk chalets range from 97 to 135 sqm.

Price: 7,755,000 EGP

Sea Walk reservation starts with 10% down and payments over 6 years.

Sea Walk chalets are scheduled for November 2026 handover.

Crimson Heights

Crimson Heights is an elevated Jebal phase that uses the resort terrain before the descent toward the sea.

The Crimson Heights plan shows its higher Jebal position, making orientation and the route to the shore central to viewing.

Crimson Heights pricing, home types and areas are available on request when its reservation pack opens.

Price: Price on request

Crimson Heights pricing and payment are available on request when phase units open.

Crimson Heights handover will follow the selected unit contract once reservations start.

The developer behind Jebal El Sokhna

PRE Developments treats Jebal El Sokhna as a resort shaped by its terrain rather than a flat seaside layout. Execution quality can be judged through movement between levels, services and shore, plus phase-specific delivery.

Jebal Sokhna terrain and resort layout

Jebal Sokhna covers 71 acres on the Ain Sokhna–Zafarana Road and uses a site that rises to approximately 125 metres above sea level. A large share of the land is assigned to greenery, with buildings arranged on different levels to open sea views across several sections. LAB59 and architect Mohamed Samy of Archi View contributed to the design, using broad openings and exterior materials suited to the coastal setting.

The resort includes a beachfront of roughly 300 metres within a wider shore area, more than twenty-five pools, a clubhouse, gym, sport and children’s spaces, retail and outdoor seating between mountain and sea. Phase elevation and building orientation affect both outlook and the route to the beach. The phase plan and exact unit number therefore need to be reviewed instead of relying on a general resort description.

Aqua Zone, Sea Walk and Crimson Heights

Aqua Zone offers chalets from 104 to 122 sqm around an internal water setting. Developer pricing starts at EGP 7,982,000, with 5% down and a choice of eight- or ten-year terms. Handover falls between June and August 2028. Pool relationship and the route descending toward the sea matter, so building, floor and terrace direction need to be stated in the quotation.

Sea Walk contains 97 to 135 sqm chalets starting at EGP 7,755,000, with 10% down over six years and November 2026 handover. Crimson Heights occupies a higher section and has a separate plan, while its current areas, price and payment are available on request when homes are offered. Aqua Zone or Sea Walk figures should never substitute for Crimson Heights data.

Buying a chalet at Jebal Sokhna

Jebal Sokhna resale begins at EGP 3,721,370 and includes chalets, apartments and penthouses in different sections and conditions from the new developer units. Resale is stated separately from each phase’s developer price, with paid amount, outstanding balance, finishing and delivery recorded. The lowest figure may represent an older, smaller or differently positioned home rather than a common chalet price.

A Jebal viewing should test the actual route from the home to the beach and services, and the outlook from inside the chalet rather than only at ground level. Steps or lifts, parking, nearest pool, air direction and terrace size also matter. Finishing, handover, maintenance and payments then belong in the contract alongside a plan carrying the exact unit and phase number.
